Where do you ship your products?

We offer worldwide shipping!** And on top of that, we offer FREE shipping.

Please allow 1-7 days for us to prepare and ship the order. This applies to some high demand products.

**We do NOT ship to following areas:
Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cabo Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, South Africa, North Korea

I'm looking for a product but can't find it on your page?

If you can't find it with the "search" function, we probably don't have it for sale. However, please let us know! Our suppliers have big facilities and we can probably get our hands on the item you are looking for!

When will I recieve my package?

It depends on the destination country, shipping method and the current situation with the global pandemic. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks.

Why are some of the Customer Reviews in poor English and/or with strange symbols?

We use a program to automatically translate the reviews. We have a truly international customer base and we want everybody to be able to give their opinion, no matter how big or small of a language barrier there might be!
